In this role, you'll enjoy full ownership of your work, taking projects from drawing through to final manufacture. This role would suit a CNC Programmer with Turning experience who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a supportive and well-established business, offering hands-on training, career progression, and an excellent work-life balance through a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern (four 10.5-hour shifts followed by four days off).

The Role:

• Independently set, program and operate CNC Turning machines
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
• Carry out machine maintenance and fault finding where required

The Person:

• Experienced in programming CNC Turning machines
• Able to set, operate and run CNC lathes independently
• Based locally to Atherstone or surrounding areas
