HSE Adviser - 3+ Month Contract 🚨
Location: Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire (Site-based)

Day Rate: £200 - £220 PAYE per day
Clearance Required: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance

We're working with VINCI Facilities to recruit an experienced HSE Adviser for a short-term regional contract. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across multiple facilities projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with HS&E legislation and VINCI Facilities' internal requirements

Conduct regular site inspections and monitor HSE standards

*

Provide clear, actionable reports and drive remedial actions

*

Lead incident investigations and identify root causes and learning

*

Review RAMS and provide guidance on safe systems of work

*

Deliver HSE training and support site teams

*

Audit subcontractors and supply chain partners

*

Act as a visible leader, supporting site managers in promoting a strong safety culture

✅ Candidate Requirements:

NEBOSH General Certificate (Facilities-focused - not Construction)

*

Demonstrable experience in a facilities-based HSE role

Own vehicle
