TeamJobs are working with a well-established and growing business in Weymouth to recruit an experienced Financial Controller on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the finance function and support senior leadership with key decision-making.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP, AR, payroll support)

• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and financial regulations

• Assist with audit and statutory accounts

• Drive process improvements and support business performance

• Lead and support a small finance team

About You:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role

• Strong management accounts and reporting experience

• Confident using Sage and Excel

• Hands-on, detail-focused, and able to hit the ground running

Manufacturing or engineering experience would be advantageous.
