Divisional Director - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £150,000 - £170,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Divisional Director to lead and grow a key delivery division across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will oversee operational performance, commercial success and strategic growth, ensuring high-quality delivery on major office schemes while maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 main contractors and key clients.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a fit-out or main contractor environment

• Strong background delivering Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects

• Experience overseeing D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes

• Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Strong operational, commercial and strategic leadership skills

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or related discipline (desirable)
