We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery setting in Battersea, SW8 London.

Position Details:

Job Title: Nursery Room Leader
Location: Battersea, SW8 London
Salary: Up to £30,(Apply online only) per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Support, mentor, and supervise room staff, ensuring high-quality practice and professional development
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and team members
Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room Leader or in a senior nursery role
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A caring, proactive, and professional attitude
