Salary: £48000 - £56000/annum + benefits

We are working with a reputable and growing organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initial client engagement through to successful completion. This is a key role responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the project lifecycle
Undertake pre-tender site visits as required to assess project scope and requirements
Manage projects from launch order through to final handover, achieving agreed programme milestones and delivery dates
Monitor and manage contract variations, ensuring all changes are agreed, documented, and controlled effectively
Ensure projects are delivered to the agreed financial out-turn, maintaining strong commercial oversight
Take full responsibility for ensuring Health & Safety legislation is adhered to and maintained on site at all times
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle
Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure best value and ensure project efficiency
Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar role within the relevant sector
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline, or

Background as a Site Agent within the construction industry, or
NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction

Strong IT literacy, including experience with project management tools and systems
In-depth knowledge and proven experience of current Health & Safety legislation within a site-based environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
