Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant to work in a reputable primary school in Halewood. The ideal candidate will be able to provide one-to-one support to a high functioning child with ASD, helping them to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be able to work closely with the class teacher to provide targeted support for the student, adapting the curriculum to suit their needs and ensuring that they are fully engaged in their learning. You will be expected to work closely with the child to develop their communication, social and emotional skills and support them in their interactions with their peers.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with ASD, a good understanding of their needs and a commitment to providing the highest level of support. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues, and will have excellent organisational skills.
