Wed, Thurs, Fri #removed# and to become full-time Mon-Fri in January 2023An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Building Manager to start work at Eastgate Street in Gloucester.The purpose of this role is to act as receptionist for multiple tenants within the small office block. In this role, you will cover a wide range of duties such as taking calls and welcoming visitors while ensuring the building is maintained to business and health and safety standardsMain duties of the receptionist / Building manager include
·       Priority is the health and safety of all tenants and visitors to Pentagon House
·       Take incoming calls
·       Welcome visitors
·       Advise tenants of arrival of visitors
·       Assist with contractors when on site
·       Maintain the key log for the issue and return of keys by contractors
·       Distribute incoming mail to tenants. Collate outgoing mail ready for collection
·       Keep parking plan and list of car parking spaces up to date
·       Be familiar with codes and keys for the building
·       Be alert for any problems associated with the building and report them to the Landlord and/or call out contractors in the case of an emergency
·       Monitor health and safety issues, both inside and outside the building
·       Update the annual risk assessments for the building
·       Understand how equipment - lifts, fire alarm, fire extinguishers and CCTV systems work.  Have an understanding of and be able to facilitate an evacuation of the building
·       Report any incidents/accidents on the appropriate form
·       Program Paxton fobs and car parking fobs for tenants
·       Monitor the CCTV to check if problems arise inside or outside the building
·       Be alert for any issues of security and safety associated with the building and the site
·       File record documents
·       Conduct a building inspection in all the common areas and vacant suites at least once a day, internal and external
·       Keep a list of petty cash expenditure
