Multi Trade Engineer - Swindon

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Your Role:

Carry out multi-trade tasks, including plastering, tiling etc
Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit
Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules
Building shelves for airing cupboards
Boxing in pipes
Painting pipes and boxing
Fit talon trunking over pipes
General patching / plastering

What We Need from You.

Time-served or completed a recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ Level 2/3
Competent in all aspects of joinery and/or plumbing
Experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)
Asbestos awareness and own tools
A full UK driving license
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
