We are looking to recruit an Ofsted Registered Manager for a Residential Children’s Home based in Oldbury. The home is 3 bedded children’s role dealing with Trauma and EBD.

Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Location: Oldbury

Salary: £50 - £65K plus bonuses

Main Duties:

• Manage the Childrens home from the ground up to ensure that it meets all standards that are expected
• Achieve good or outstanding ofsted for the home and maintain the standard
• Enure the home is staffed adaquentley by managing teams along with rotas, holidays and absenses as well as recruiting all staff required for the home
• Make sure all procedures and safeguarding is in place and adhered to
• Deliver outstanding level of care to all the children
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are fully observed
• Confidentiality is always kept including that around residents, employees, systems and procedures, both during and after employment
