In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team of up to 8 Sales Consultants

Managing up to 4 developments at any one time

Driving sales performance and increasing pipeline

Organising launch events and managing the day-to-day operations of multiple sites

Requirements:

Previous sales management experience within a similar 5-star residential developer

*

A demonstrable track record of exceeding targets and driving team success
