Job Title: Building Surveyor (Senior/Associate)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (salary range is reflective of experience) + bonuses (paid three time a year) + additional benefits.

The Role
Excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor, to provide expert guidance across a variety of building surveying disciplines:
•Project Management and contract administration (JCT) - Major projects with blue-chip private sector clients across a variety of disciplines; commercial office, private developers, manufacturing, life sciences, hotel and leisure sectors etc!

•Professional Service work includes:
o Technical Due Diligence
o Acquisition Surveys
o Building Surveys

Collaborating with the wider team to work with clients to grasp their needs and guarantee timely, high-quality delivery, contributing to individual and team revenue. This highly successful team undertake a range of projects; multimillion £ prime city centre commercial offices, high rise mixed use residential, leisure and retail, large scale industrial for a variety of clients. As well as strengthening knowledge and client relationships you will be expected to contribute to the supportive environment the business has build its success on by assisting junior and senior colleagues.
