£14.00 - £14.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Stoke-on-Trent for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Lead Practitoner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive early years setting that places children's development, wellbeing, and learning at the heart of everything they do.

The Role:

As a Lead Practitioner/Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will:

* Lead and support a team of nursery practitioners

* Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5

* Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment

* Ensure outstanding practice and compliance with EYFS standards

* Act as a role model and mentor within the team

About you:

* Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years (as per government guidelines)

* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Passion for childcare and child development
