IT Help Desk Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst with our industry-leading client in the Columbus Ohio area. This Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for working with end users to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst:
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT inquiries over the phone
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Create tickets on all customer interactions
- Bachelor s or Associate s Degree in Computer Science
