We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Conveyancing Assistant for our Real Estate Department in Brighton.
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will have at least 12 months prior experience within a law firm, be able to act on their own initiative, be commercially aware, well presented and have good inter-personal skills. A team approach and flexibility are vital.
Responsibilities & Duties
Duties of the Conveyancing Assistant will include:
- File Opening
- AML compliance
- Dealing with Administrative Exchange formalities Completion and Post Completion Duties
- Drafting financial statements and invoices
- Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
- General admin and updating of internal and external systems
The successful applicant will have client contact, subject to supervision.
