We’re delighted to be working with our established and growing client based in Harlow, who are expanding their operations to help with the production line. As part of this exciting growth, they’re looking to recruit a Production/Assembly Technician to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be required to work full-time onsite with core hours of 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday. Our client is recruiting on a temporary to permanent basis and is offering a salary of £30,000.

The Role:

• Machine Operator - Operating machinery on the new production line, ensuring products meet quality standards. This role involves some heavy lifting and working with production equipment.
• Assembly - Carrying out detailed, intricate assembly work, including gluing and sticking small components, requiring precision and good attention to detail.

This role involves standing for most of the day and working closely with warehouse staff to support smooth production and stock flow.

Key Duties:

• Operating or assembling production components to required specifications.
• Following technical instructions and ensuring product quality.
• Supporting warehouse operations when required.
• Maintaining a tidy and safe work area.
• Working efficiently to meet production targets.
• Assisting with setup and maintenance of production equipment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing throughout the shift.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn.
