Sure Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a well-established cold storage and food packaging facility in the Hull.
This company specialises in packing frozen bakery products for a leading bread manufacturer.

Location: Hull, HU3
Hours: 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Pay Rate: £15 per hour

Role Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team within a busy cold storage environment, ensuring that frozen bakery products are packed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will help maintain productivity, compliance, and a positive working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team in the packing and handling of frozen bread products

Ensuring all operations comply with health & safety and food hygiene standards

*

Monitoring workflow and resolving any operational challenges

*

Training and supporting team members to meet production targets

*

Communicating effectively with management to drive performance and efficiency

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a food production, cold storage, or warehouse setting

*

Understanding of food safety regulations and health & safety protocols

*

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work efficiently in a chilled or frozen environment

*

Excellent communication and organisational abilities
