A welcoming primary school in Brent is looking for enthusiastic, proactive and reliable Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025, supporting pupils across the school for the full academic year.

This role is ideal for:

Psychology graduates seeking hands-on experience before pursuing further study or training

Aspiring teachers looking to gain invaluable classroom experience before applying for teacher training

Individuals who are passionate about supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs

What you'll be doing:

Supporting teaching and learning in class alongside the class teacher

Running or assisting small group interventions

Providing 1:1 support where needed

Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Gaining first-hand insight into the day-to-day life of a primary school

What we're looking for:

A recent degree (ideally in Psychology, Education, or a related field - but all graduates considered!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, compassionate and patient approach

Commitment to working full-time from September for the entire academic year
