THE COMPANY

A scaling travel brand who are taking the travel business by storm! With a unique business model and out of this world experiences this business is growing fast! They now need to continue developing their data along with their customers.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Analytics Manager your focus will be to analyse customer life time value and the loyalty scheme, specifically you will have to:

• Manage a team of 5 analysts helping to grow and develop their skills as well as use the resource in the team to find new areas for analytics
• Use SQL (Or Python) to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn, retention and loyalty
• Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
• Focus your analytics on the customer journey and enhcancing their experience
• Report directly to exec on the customers, their behaviour and work on strategic methods of engaging and retaining loyal customers

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong SQL/Python to query, data mine and code large data sets
• Expert using visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to provide insights in an aesthetic visual deck
• Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
