Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor

This position will suit a dynamic and highly motivated Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for property law. It is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding Commercial Department in a full-time, permanent role.

The Role

This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal part in the department’s growth and success. You will handle a broad range of commercial property transactions, showcase your technical proficiency and actively contribute to the development of the team and its reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions with expertise and precision
• Collaborating with local agents and fostering positive working relationships
• Supporting the department’s growth and progression through active business development
• Assisting with residential conveyancing and adhering to the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol (preferred)

Ideal Candidate

• Have over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial conveyancing
• Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and a strong commercial awareness
• Be highly organised, self-motivated and dedicated to outstanding client service
• Ideally bring a following and existing connections within the local market
• Possess experience in residential conveyancing (desirable)
