We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide essential support to our commercial team. Based in Waltham on Thames, you'll be crucial in ensuring accurate billing and maximising revenue on our social housing contracts. What You'll Be Doing:

As our Administrator, you'll primarily focus on billing and commercial support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Billing Excellence: Undertake accurate and timely billing on MRI Maintain, ensuring maximum revenue capture for completed jobs.

Cost Review: Utilise COINS to thoroughly review and verify job costs prior to billing, ensuring precision and compliance.

Problem Identification: Proactively highlight any problematic jobs or discrepancies identified during the billing process, escalating as needed.

Commercial Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to other members of the commercial team, supporting their daily tasks and project deadlines.

Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm to undertake new and different tasks as the needs of the commercial team evolve.

What We're Looking For:

Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a commercial or finance environment.

Data Accuracy: A meticulous approach with exceptional attention to detail, crucial for billing and cost review.

System Savvy: Experience with MRI Maintain or COINS systems is highly desirable, though proficiency with similar financial/commercial software will be considered.

Proactive & Willing to Learn: A self-starter with a strong willingness to develop new skills and take on diverse responsibilities.

Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and supportively within a team environment.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
