We are working on behalf of a global FMCG brand that is investing heavily into their UK site and creating exciting opportunities for Operatives to join their growing team.

**This role involves shift work**

Must haves:

Good communication skills and IT literate

Previous experience in a fast-paced role, ideally within food or drinks manufacturing

Ability to carry out manual handling tasks

*

A positive, can-do attitude

*

Flexibility to work shifts — initially a 2-shift pattern (Monday-Friday), moving to 3 shifts as the business grows
