* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Art & Design or a related field. ECTs are welcome to apply.

* Has demonstrated success in teaching Art & Design across Key Stages 3-5, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements.

* Possesses outstanding subject knowledge across various artistic disciplines and a genuine passion for fostering creativity.
