About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated nurse to join a well-respected care home on a permanent basis, working day shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a nurse with at least 4 years of experience to make a positive impact in elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Conduct thorough health assessments and continually monitor residents' well-being.
Develop, implement, and regularly review care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to regulatory standards.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation on residents' care and any changes in their condition.
Lead and mentor junior staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
Ensure the highest standards of care, particularly in an EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) setting.
Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, ideally within a care home environment.
Expertise in care planning and risk assessment.
Experience working in an EMI nursing home is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
