Vehicle Technician

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join a professional workshop environment. The role involves carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work

*

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults

*

Complete MOT preparation and testing (if qualified)

*

Ensure work is completed to required quality and safety standards

*

Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation

*

Adhere to health & safety and workshop procedures

*

Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts teams

*

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

*

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

MOT Tester licence (desirable but not essential)

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Good attention to detail and time management skills

*

Full UK driving licence
