I am seeking a Marketing Manager to join a thriving retail company based in Margate. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Head of Brand to create and implement innovative marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand and product lineup. This role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Develop marketing plans incorporating all elements of the marketing mix and suitable marketing tools.

Implement marketing plans using internal and external support, ensuring timely execution.

Analyse campaign deliverables, EPOS, trends, and results, including post-campaign analysis.

Manage day-to-day marketing and media platforms, ensuring brand safety and professionalism.

Develop and implement innovative product launch strategies

Act as the main contact for external agencies supporting marketing campaigns.

Manage, plan, and implement trade and consumer events to achieve intended goals.

Handle public relations for the brand, ensuring alignment with the wider brand strategy.

Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives and coordinate multi-brand trade marketing when required.

Manage social media platforms, campaigns, and identify new opportunities.

Support the online/web team with content development and management on the brand’s website.

Create and implement point of sale assets that represent the brand and products effectively.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with the brand’s commercial value.

Manage the creation of brand and marketing assets, ensuring compliance with brand and legal requirements.

Utilise insights from various data sources to inform brand strategies and drive action.

Support the Head of Brand in developing long-term brand marketing strategies.
