Job Title: Chef
Pay: £16 per hour
Ongoing position
Hours: Flexible 9/10 hour shifts (Early 4:45am / Late till 8pm)

Location - Catterick Garrison

Main Duties include:

Prepare and serve food to the required quality standard.
Follow recipe formats to help control waste.
Ensure portion control.
Apply "Food Safe" & Hygienic working practices.
Work in support of all team members.Qualifications and Key Skills:

Good knowledge of food and ingredients.
Good trade skills, preparation and production of good quality food.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Communication skills.
Team player.
Minimum 3 years on the job experienceThe advantages of this role over other hospitality roles are:

Less stressed working environment than standard hospitality kitchens.
Shift work however has less late nights, all days and early mornings.
Need to work 5 from 7 days, and be prepared to work occasional overtime.
