As a Business Analyst Ground ops you are part of a cross functional team that supports the maintenance and delivery of new and existing airport technology.  


  • You will collaborate with business and technology leads to clearly define and document new changes and enhancements to our software platforms
  • Working alongside a varied set of technology and business stakeholders, you will define and document processes and provide training material for new functionality, where required hold regular refresher training for internal
  • You’re accountable for maintaining the set up and maintenance of the transmission of passenger data to the airport and regulatory systems
  • You will be responsible for the documenting and maintaining Test scripts for the Airport software technology. Ensuring they cover all new and existing functionality
  • You will effectively support the delivery for new projects and enhancements, supporting on the solution design, build, test and implementation activities
  • You will be responsible in continuously reviewing processes to support  the reduction of errors and improving the customer experience in the customer digital  journey through the airport
  • You will continuously be considering impacts to upstream/ downstream services
  • Active co-design of the innovative “Digital Platform” of the Digital customer journey through the airport
  • Evaluation and selection of suitable technical solutions for the aforementioned requirements in the subject areas of airport software
  • Independent adaptation and configuration of the solutions used in daily operations
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams in a central function within the company
  • You will consult diverse stakeholders
  • You will take accountability and drive actions through to resolution 
  • Risk and impact analysis- identify and work with targets, dependencies and constraints


  • Whether you have a degree or professional training in IT is secondary to us – what is important to us is your passion and affinity for working with airport software
  • Experience in software development and knowledge of integrating / connecting systems via APIs are desirable
  • Experience and knowledge of airport operations
  • Dealing with (agile) methods for prioritization, control and structuring are just as much part of the repertoire as focusing on the product vision
  • Good understanding of business processes, keen interest in PIM and content and affinity to use them optimally for the customers and companies 
  • Strong analytical skills while focusing on accuracy and details
  • Team player with strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Fluent Engish Skills
  • High level of initiative and creativity as well as the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to demonstrate when a good job has been done and how to learn from mistakes
