Sous Chef for corporate & off premise catering
An exciting opportunity to join a high volume off premise catering company who has been in business for more than 20 years.
Looking for a strong sous chef to oversee and manage all production of food to ensure quality and consistency. The position also entails assistance with onsite events. This requires experience in high volume events as well as producing upscale presentation.
Looking for a candidate to create and maintain a positive work environment, follow safety procedures and participate in recipe and menu development.
Experience in a la carte a plus.
