RF engineer Job in Bedford - £55k-£75k

Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for a design and manufacturing firm, based in Bedford now seeking a RF engineer to join a multidisciplinary team of engineers to design, test, and troubleshoot RF systems. You will be working to support the development activities throughout the entire product lifecycle.

The company are expanding to meet the demands of their clients and are seeking a RF engineer, ideally with a deep understanding of RF circuit design, microwave techniques, and electromagnetic theory.

This is RF engineer role mainly focussing on designing, developing, testing and analysing RF circuits.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of microwave techniques and electromagnetic theory.

• Proven experience in RF electronics design, simulation, testing, characterisation, and optimisation.

• Familiarity with RF measurement equipment and techniques.

• Understanding customer requirements and developing collaborative relationships during the early lifecycle phases

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential

• Knowledge of defence and space industry standards and regulations is a plus
