Dilapidation, Contract Administration experience is preferred.

We require a Chartered Building Surveyor to hold:

MRICS or MCIOB
Degree in Building Surveying
Commercial practise experience
A confident and client-facing individual
Consultancy experience
Salary + Benefits

•£70,000 base salary + Car Allowance (£4,000)
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension scheme
• Healthcare
