Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Operations Manager to oversee and manage our drainage and mechanical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with proven experience in the drainage and mechanical industry. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations of the drainage and mechanical departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.

* Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

* Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

* Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

* Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

* Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.

* Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.

* Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the drainage and mechanical industry.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and drainage operations.

* Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in using project management and operational software.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
