Amour Recruitment are partnering with a fantastic company in Waterlooville to find a Customer Account Manager who enjoys working closely with customers and developing long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, nurturing client relationships, and growing alongside a supportive business.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing an established portfolio of customers, building strong and lasting relationships

* Supporting customers with orders via phone, email, and online platforms

* Acting as a trusted point of contact for queries around deliveries, returns, repairs, and general support

* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts naturally—no cold calling involved

* Balancing commercial awareness with a genuine focus on customer care

What we're looking for:

* A positive, proactive approach and a genuine interest in helping customers

* Strong communication skills across phone and email

* Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks confidently

* Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team

* A desire to develop and progress within a customer-focused role

* Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

* £26,347 basic salary

* OTE £33,600 (with uncapped commission for overachievement)
