Employee Relations Partner | 3 Month Initial Contract | £350-£375 Inside IR35 | Hybrid

Sentinel are working closely with a globally renowned organisation to provide two experienced Employee Relations Partner to support a range of change management programs. This role will be crucial in ensuring a level of standardisation and consistency as part of the delivery, you would also act as the main point of contact for day-to-day ER queries in the Center of Excellence as a point of escalation.

Starting ASAP, the initial contract is due to run for 3 months and will be based at central London offices and remote in a hybrid model.
