Salary: £26000 - £33000 / annually

Here at Corr Recruitment we are looking for 3 warehouse team leaders to join our busy client based in Newbury on permanent basis.

Location: Greenham Business Park, Newbury

Salary range: from £26000 up to £33000 per annum

Shifts available: Monday to Friday, AM shift (06:00-14:00), PM (14:00-22:00), Nights (22:00to 06:00)

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

ü  To lead, direct and co-ordinate the team in the execution of their duties

ü  Responsible for managing the team to achieve the daily and weekly production plan

ü  Responsible for ensuring all members of the team are adequately trained to carry out all / relevant warehouse operations ensuring accordance with Health & Safety and process requirements - Trainer's task.

ü  Responsible for ensuring all 'Goods In' items are booked in and located correctly, carrying out regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity is accurate. Making sure raw materials and components are available to ensure there is no disruption to the line.

ü  Responsible for Line Feeding, ensuring that all parts are picked and prepped in line with the daily production plan and fed to line in a timely manner so as not to impact on production. Making sure that the company standards for parts lineside are followed and that Line Feeders are carrying out regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity is accurate.

ü  To ensure that the Export team is managed to achieve the number of consignments required daily to achieve on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure that regular cycle counts are carried out to ensure data integrity is accurate.

Requirements:

ü  Experience in a lean manufacturing production environment, ideally with a recognised NVQ level or equivalent qualification.

ü  Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and additional requirements

ü  Good numeracy and communication skills

ü  Previous experience in a Team Leader capacity preferable.

ü  Computer literate with understanding PC systems, MS - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Lotus Notes/Internet etc.

ü  Capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.
