Sr. BA that has the aptitude to take on a leadership role, not looking for someone that has been a lifelong analyst, but someone that shows a career path trajectory and has the ability to make tactical and strategic decisions. Experience in a technology product owner or senior business analyst role -Experience working with development teams employing Lean and/or Agile methodologies such as Scrum -Experience collaboratively distilling high-level requirements/epics into detailed user stories for Development Team consumption -Solid technical experience in software and web technologies related to the Financial sector -Business familiarity with financial services industry -Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage product backlogs and supporting details -A track record of excellence in team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.
