CNC Cell Leader - Coventry
Day Shift | £18-£20 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for an experienced CNC Cell Leader to join a growing engineering team in Coventry. This is a hands-on role leading a small CNC machining cell while ensuring high standards of quality, output, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team within a CNC machining cell
• Set, operate, and programme CNC machines
• Oversee workflow, quality checks, and daily production targets
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimise processes
• Train and mentor operators to maintain high performance

Requirements

• Strong CNC machining background
• Essential: Experience with Heidenhain controls
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Leadership or supervisory experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
