What you'll be doing

• Delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
• Responding quickly to faults to minimise downtime and maintain production output
• Working collaboratively with production teams to support continuous, efficient operations
• Identifying improvements and contributing to ongoing site reliability and optimisation

What you'll need

• A Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Maintenance experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Multi-skilled engineering capability, or an electrical bias with solid mechanical knowledge
