Agricultural Service Manager

Location: Woodbridge 
Salary: £44,000 Per Annum + Company Car + Profit Related Bonus

My client, a leading agricultural group, is on the lookout for a forward-thinking Agricultural Service Manager to join their service team. 

What you'll be doing in your new Agricultural  Service Manager role:

Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role
Strong understanding of agricultural and/or horticultural equipment (preferred)
Confident leader with the ability to mentor and guide technicians
Knowledge of P&L reporting and departmental budgeting
Professional, customer-focused and able to manage expectations effectively
Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
Physically fit with a smart, presentable appearance (customer-facing role)Ideal Profile:

Experience with tractors, combines, balers or equivalent
Comfortable with diagnostics across multiple systems
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred
Full UK driving licence required
