We're hiring an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join a world-class facilities team at a high-profile commercial building just minutes from London Bridge station. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading international FM company, with long-term progression, extensive training, and excellent earning potential through overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site

* Work on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, and UPS systems

* Monitor and respond to building systems using the BMS

* Diagnose and repair faults to minimise disruption

* Collaborate with mechanical engineers and support contractors

* Ensure safety and compliance at all times

What You'll Need:

* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installations

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

* Experience in commercial or critical building environments

* Good understanding of electrical fault finding and testing

* Strong communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
