Job Title: Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Slough (Site access requires own transport)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Hours per week: 42.5 hours
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (£28,500 per annum)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and growing team within a well-established distribution environment. This is a hands-on role working within a yard and warehouse setting, supporting daily operations, order fulfilment, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders accurately for delivery

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

*

Supporting general warehouse and yard duties

*

Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles

*

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

*

Working as part of a proactive and supportive team

Requirements

*

Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)

*

Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to site location)

*

Previous warehouse experience preferred

*

Proactive attitude and willingness to support yard operations

*

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
