About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy finance team in Holywell. This role is ideal for someone experienced in transactional finance who can work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You'll be responsible for processing 50-70 invoices per day and ensuring supplier payments are accurate and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Processing 50-70 invoices daily
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Managing the accounts payable inbox and handling queries
Preparing payment runs
Supporting month‑end tasks including accruals and reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring policy compliance
Building strong internal and external relationships
What We're Looking For

Previous Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Good Excel skills and experience with finance systems
