The Role - 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to support a pupil in either upper primary or lower secondary with SEMH and complex behavioural needs. You will work closely with the pupil throughout the school day, helping them manage their emotions, regulate behaviour, and stay engaged in learning. This role involves de-escalation, behaviour modelling, and close collaboration with class teachers and the pastoral team. The successful 1:1 Behaviour Mentor must be confident, resilient, and able to build trust and consistency with vulnerable students.
