Academics is currently recruiting a Full-time Teaching Assistant for multiple long-term roles starting in January within Cardiff primary schools. We are looking for committed individuals who can support teaching and learning across a range of year groups. As a Full-time Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils engage, progress and thrive in the classroom. Our strong partnerships with schools across Cardiff mean we can match you to the setting that best suits your experience. Each Full-time Teaching Assistant role offers ongoing support from our dedicated team and the chance to build long-term relationships within the Cardiff education community.

• Strong and proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant

• Highly desirable: Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification, ELSA or Thrive training, or HLTA status

• Confident supporting pupils in a classroom setting

• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in long-term placements

• £88.94 per day, with potential increases depending on client rate, qualifications and experience
