If so, we are currently recruiting for a highly regarded, fantastic charity with a superb regional team. Located between Liverpool and St Helens, an ongoing interim need has been identified for an experienced HR professional with the expertise to become the regional Employee Relations Lead. Assuming a key position, you will be a member of the regional operational team with a key purpose of providing a comprehensive and professional HR advice, casework and support service, ensuring regional compliance.
Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager, your responsibilities will include advising on policies and procedures, coaching managers through Employee Relations cases, providing procedural guidance to Managers at disciplinary hearings, supporting in the case management of any litigation claims and leading on the management of casework relating to sickness absence. Furthermore, you will lead the design and delivery of workshops in HR related matters.
The successful candidate MUST be available for an immediate start. Experience of TUE transfers both in and out of an organisation is advantageous but not essential. CIPD membership is desirable.
