2:1 Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - January 2026 - (trials taking place next week) - Full time, 8:30am-3:30pm - £90-£100 per day (DOE)

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive primary setting in Wellingborough that is seeking a committed 2:1 Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with ASD in a mainstream environment. This is a full-time post starting in January, with trials available next week.

• Provide tailored 2:1 support to pupils with ASD

• Assist with routines, communication and emotional regulation

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support

• Contribute to a calm, structured and engaging classroom environment

• Support academic progress, social development and pupil wellbeing
