Experienced solicitor (2 - 5 years PQE) or the equivalent Legal Executive or Paralegal to join a Family Department in Newark. Salary negotiable.

The role involves assisting the head of the family team and running your own caseload, dealing with:-

* Advising clients in all areas of relationship breakdown, finances and children.

* Advising and representation in Court proceedings for children and financial matters

* Preparation of pre and post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements

* Panel accreditation is highly beneficial but by no means an exclusive requirement for the role
