COMPANY OVERVIEW

  • +$200-$500 bonus per week
  • 40hrs 10am-6:30pm

We are a service provider of water purification systems, an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional bottled water, utilizing the most advanced water purification technology available. Our company is one of the leading Home energy efficiency and water purification service providers on the east coast operating in 5 states.

POSITION SUMMARY

Water Purification Representatives are responsible for appointment setting & inside-sales. This position requires contacting residential/commercial accounts, in the corporate office, in order to generate new appointments/sales. All training provided and paid for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process incoming or place outbound customer/prospect calls regarding various products and services.

Obtains and enters accurate data while speaking with potential leads or customers in order to provide complete information and assistance to Orbit Water Solutions customer/leads.

Identify needs of customers and deliver services and/or products that are specific to the customer need in order to generate revenue.

Promote products and/or services.

Closes sales to achieve objectives utilizing consultative sales.

Generates appointments/sales of residential home improvements to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound contacts via telephone and/or digital channels in support of targeted marketing campaigns.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook

Knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling)

Data Entry Skills with computer

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
