Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents. The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN - Dayshift and Nightshift 

• £23.64 per hour
• Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
• Dayshift and nightshift available
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, this role plays a central part in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care environment. Supporting residents with advanced dementia and complex health needs, the role requires strong clinical judgement, attention to detail and a calm, compassionate approach.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, the role involves comprehensive clinical assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, and closely monitoring changes in physical and mental health. You will take a proactive approach to care, ensuring early intervention and effective decision making to support positive outcomes.

The role includes leading shifts, guiding and supporting the care team, and ensuring clear communication through accurate documentation and structured handovers. A strong focus is placed on safety, dignity and consistency, creating a stable and reassuring environment where residents receive the highest standard of care.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in dementia or complex care is desirable but not essential
