Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Care Navigator to work within our client's head office, which oversees a network of GP surgeries across the Liverpool area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting primary care services.

Urgent care
Routine GP consultations

Role Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible around core hours
Pay: £15.50/hour (Umbrella)
System: EMIS (experience desirable; training can be provided)Requirements
Smart Card - essential
Previous experience in one or more of the following roles:
GP Receptionist
GP Administrator
Medical Receptionist
Healthcare Assistant
Patient Coordinator
